Ja taas huhuillaan, että megamenestynyt Harry Potter -peli olisi laajenemassa

Aiemmin toimittaja Jason Schreier kertoi, että muun muassa Rocksteady Studios olisi kehittämässä eräänlaista Deluxe Editionia siitä helmikuussa 2023 julkaistusta Hogwarts Legacysta. Ja mukana olisi siis mukavasti uuttakin sisältöä tuttuun menestyspeliin.

Nyt sitten samalla linjalla jatketaan taas Bloombergissa. Suoraan ei nyt ole Rocksteady Studiosista puhetta, mutta toisaalta edelleen jonkinlainen Hogwarts Legacyn rikastettu uusintajulkaisu olisi muhimassa.

Varsinainen lanseeraus olisi edessä vielä vuoden 2025 aikana.

But questions linger about whether the success of the first game can even be replicated, let alone surpassed — or if the pent-up demand has already been satiated. The company had been counting on Suicide Squad and MultiVersus to generate revenue throughout this year, but instead has ended support for both games. In the wake of this miscalculation, Warner Bros. now has little to release in the stretch ahead, beyond a refreshed version of the 2023 hit Hogwarts Legacy, a Lego title, and a few mobile games."
