Stephen Kingin kirjasarjan Musta torni (The Dark Tower) elokuvasovitus ei oikein ollut monien mieleen, joten Doctor Sleep -elokuvan ohjaaja Mike Flanagan on puuhaamassa kirjasarjasta viiden kauden mittaista TV-sarjaa.
