Ruotsalainen Embracer Group jatkaa toimintojensa järjestämistä uudelleen, ja Saber Interactive myydään pois. Kotakun huhujen mukaan Borderlands-peleistä muistettava Gearbox oltaisiin myös myymässä pois.
Gearboxin toimitusjohtaja Randy Pitchford olisi pitänyt aiemmin tällä viikolla kokouksen kehittäjiensä kanssa firman tulevaisuudesta, ja että lisätietoa kerrotaan maaliskuussa. Vaihtoehtoja olisi kolme: pysyä Embracerilla, antaa Embracerin myydä pois firma tai ostaa itsensä ulos itsenäiseksi Embracerilta. Näyttää siltä, että pois myyminen on valittu strategiaksi.
Embracer Group ei ole asiaa kommentoinut, mutta Randy Pitchford kommentoi asiaa Kotakulle. Varsinaista sanomaa ei lausunnossa kuitenkaan ollut.
