Tuotantoyhtiö Lionsgate on tekemässä lautapelistä Monopoly ihan oikeaa elokuvaa. Yhteistyöhön on ryhtynyt Harley Quinnin ja Barbien eli Margot Robbien tuotantoyhtiö LuckyChap puhumattakaan itsestään Hasbrosta.
Lionsgate Motion Picture Groupin puheenjohtaja Adam Fogelson hehkutti projektia ehdoitta. Elokuvan näyttelijöistä tai muustakaan ei ole vielä tietoa.
