Grand Theft Auto ja modaaminen eivät aina ole olleet ihan hyvissä suhteissa keskenään. Mutta nyt maailmalle saadun tiedon perusteella vaikuttaa uhkaavasti siltä, että sitten joskus PC:lle julkaistava Grand Theft Auto VI antaa modaajille käsiin sellaiset työkalut, että elämä on ihanaa ja upeaa.
Modaaja "Razed" on työstänyt tuhansia tunteja modiaan NaturalVision, joka laittaisi Grand Theft Auto V -peliin niin sanotun fotorealistisen grafiikan. PC Gamerille puhunut Razed uskookin, että kun Grand Theft Auto VI PC:llä kätösiin saadaan, on se jotain ihmeellistä.
Grand Theft Auto VI julkaistaan Playstationille ja Xboxille 26. toukokuuta 2026. PC-version lanseerauksen ajankohdasta ei ole vielä tietoa.
