Zelda: Breath of the Wild on The Game Awardsin vuoden peli 2017
The Game Awards 2017 käytiin torstain ja perjantain välisenä yönä Suomen aikaa, ja nyt voittajat ovat tiedossa. Vuoden pelin palkinnon kuittasi The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, joka sai myös parhaan ohjauksen palkinnon (Best Game Direction).
Muut useita palkintoja pokanneet olivat Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice (Best Performance by Melina Juergens, Audio Design ja Impact) ja Cuphead (Art Direction, Independent ja Independent Debut).
