Huhujen mukaan Konami aikoo jatkaa pelimuodossa Silent Hill -sarjaa, mutta sen lisäksi Silent Hill olisi jatkumassa myös elokuvallisessa muodossa.
Vuoden 2006 Silent Hill -elokuvan ohjannut Christophe Gans paljasti ranskalaiselle Allocinelle, että hän työstää videopelielokuvia Project Zero ja Silent Hill.
