Koronavirusta uhmaten Sony ja Microsoft aikovat edelleen julkaista kuluvan vuoden lopulla uudet seuraavan sukupolven konsolinsa. Nintendo puolestaan on pysytellyt varsin hiljaa siitä, miltä Switchin kevät ja loppuvuosi näyttävät pelien osalta.
Verkkosivustolla GamesBeat työskentelevä Jeff Grubb uskoo Twitterissä, että kahden viikon kuluessa maailmalle saadaan iso ja mittava uusi Nintendo Direct -lähetys.
"Nintendo did an Indie Showcase last March around GDC, so that would make sense. And if that's how this goes, we shouldn't have to wait much longer after that for the Direct proper. Sorry for all the hedging, but I think all the event cancellations have made things more fluid. "
