Sonyn Playstation 5 julkaistaan myöhemmin tänä vuonna, mutta ihan hirveästi ei laitteesta toistaiseksi tiedetä. Kiinnostavimmat tiedot onkin kuultu konsolin parissa jo työskenteleviltä pelinkehittäjiltä. Nämä mielipiteet toki vaihtelevat, mutta ainakin Epic Gamesin toimitusjohtaja Tim Sweeney on erittäin innoissaan Sonyn uudesta konsolista. Laite on hänen mielestään aivan mahtava muun muassa siksi, että lataustaukojen aika on ohi. Sweeney puhui aatoksiaan Summer Game Festin tilaisuudessa Youtubessa.
