Nyt on paljastunut, että pelimoottoristaan tunnettu Unity valmistautuu ostamaan itselleen pois kuljeksimasta Parsecin. Firma tunnetaan etäsuoratoistamisen teknologiastaan. Ideana on, että jatkossa Unityllä työskentelevät voivat tehdä töitä yhdessä entistäkin paremmin maantieteellisestä sijainnista riippumatta.
Hinnaksi uumoillaan 320 miljoonaa dollaria, ja diili pitäisi saada pakettiin kolmannen talousvuosineljänneksen aikana. Sopimusta kommentoi innoissaan Unityn Marc Whitten.

Unity aikoo jatkossakin selvästi panostaa siihen, että etätyön lisääntyessä myös tarvittavat työkalut ovat olemassa ja käytössä.
