The Pokémon Company on ilmoittanut lahjoittavansa seuraavien viiden vuoden aikana 25 miljoonaa dollaria järjestöille lasten auttamiseksi. Näin kertoo lehdistötiedote.
Suurin osa 25 miljoonasta dollarista annetaan ennakkoon määritellyille järjestöille, ja loput sitten Pokémon Trading Card Gamen korttien ja Pokémon Centerin tuotteiden muodossa. Samalla jokaisesta valitusta yhteistyökumppanista tulee The Pokémon Company Internationalin monivuotinen yhteistyökumppani, ja lisääkin yhteistyötahoja voidaan viiden vuoden kuluessa mukaan lisätä.
