Wes Ball muistetaan elokuvien The Maze Runner ja Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes ohjaajana. Hänen iso tulossa oleva projektinsa on kuitenkin The Legend of Zeldan oma elokuva. Ihan hetkeen ei päästä leffaa katsomaan, mutta ohjaaja on kertonut aatoksistaan jo nyt.
Total Filmille, josta raportoi Games Radar, Ball kertoi mahtavasta ideastaan. Hän haluaa tehdä vakavan mutta hauskan elokuvan.
Ei siis auta kuin jatkaa odottamista siitä, mitä tulossa on.
"I have this awesome idea. I've been thinking about it for a long freakin' time, of how cool a Zelda movie would be... I want to fulfil people's greatest desires. I know it's important, this [Zelda] franchise, to people and I want it to be a serious movie. A real movie that can give people an escape."
