Screamer oli ajopeli silloin joskus vuonna 1995. Se oli aikaa se. Nyt kuitenkin The Game Awards -gaala on pidetty, ja kehittäjä Milestone on ilmoittanut Screamerin tekevän paluun tarinan ja vauhdikkaan ajamisen kera.

Ulkoasu innoittuu kovasti 1980- ja 1990-luvun mangasta, ja tarinankin luvataan olevan ihan oikea. Screamer julkaistaan vuonna 2025 PC:lle, Playstation 5:lle ja Xbox Series X:lle (ja S:lle).
