Esports organisation Tempo Storm has announced that they've just signed a new partnership with app store Overwolf, which helps gamers build their skill, letting fans and publishers add new functionalities to games like overlays and in-game features to help them improve, having already partnered with Nvidia, Riot Games, and more.
