Play! Pokémon has closed the investigation, believing the player did not actively participate in the situation.

Last month, Pokémon TCG pro Rowan Stavenow caused quite the bit of controversy when he was filmed having a swastika shaved into his head.

This led to a lot of fans of the game calling for him to be banned from events, and Play! Pokémon launched an investigation into the situation. Stavenow claimed he was not aware of what was being shaved into his head, nor that he was being filmed.

It seems Play! Pokémon sides with the pro, as in a new blog post it reports that Stavenow did not take an active role in the situation, and it has chosen not to punish him.

What do you think, does Stavenow deserve a harsher punishment?
