Romanssit ovat yksi The Witcher -pelien ominaisuuksista, ja päähenkilö Geralt Rivialainen tapasi vedota charmillaan naiseen kuin toiseenkin.
CD Projekt Redin tuleva Cyberpunk 2077 seurailee pääosin The Witcherin polkuja romanssien osalta. Pelaajat voivat kuitenkin valita hahmonsa sukupuolen ja paljon muutakin, joten moderniin malliin vaihtoehdot eivät rajoitu tylsän heteroihin kuvioihin. Paljon on pelaajien itsensä käsissä. Kuumien romanssien alkamisajankohtaa ei vielä tiedetä, mutta alustoina ovat PC, PS4 ja Xbox One.
