Sony esitteli taannoin Paris Games Weekilla trailerin tulossa olevasta Quantic Dreamin pelistä Detroit: Become Human.
Detroit: Become Human on määrä julkaista yksinoikeudella PS4:lle vuonna 2018.
"When we started working on Detroit: Become Human, we didn't decide to just create a sequence like that, instead, the story took us as a natural process. We are telling a story with depth, and that sometimes leads us to some very dark places. If a movie or a book won't shy away from exploring these mature themes, then we see no reason why a game shouldn't either, as long as it's done respect and responsibility, and that has been our priority from the start. We take our responsibility as creators very seriously, regarding what to show or not to show. It was never our intention to exploit these themes, or present them gratuitously. "
"I can also assure you that we continue to remain true to our vision, and David Cage's vision, the vision of telling an honest story with meaningful impact. We will shy away from where the story takes us, as long as it is consistent with our vision. We would never tell a story that glorifies any type of violence or social issue, but we believe the game would have less impact without these themes or serious consequences. It wouldn't be an honest look at our society."
