The Matrix Resurrections saapuu katsottavaksi nyt joulun alla, ja leffan tarina on onnistuttu pitämään trailereista ja muista huolimatta hyvinkin mystisenä. Nyt vaikuttaa siltä, että tuotanto on muutenkin ollut epätavallinen.
Entertainment Weeklylle puhunut Keanu Reeves kertoi, etteivät he harjoitelleet oikeastaan lainkaan ennen kuvauksien aloittamista, sillä ohjaaja Lana Wachowski halusi saada mukaan realistisemman otteen.
"Lana was more behind the monitor but still hands-on. She was participating more with the movement of the camera, and more interested in doing than rehearsing. It was less about prep and more about everyone's readiness to find the unexpected in the moment. We barely rehearsed, if at all."
