Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences on jakanut vuotuisat DICE-palkintonsa. Gaalasta muodostui jättipotti Nintendolle, joka haali lähes puolet palkinnoista. Vuoden pelin tittelin nappasi tällä kertaa The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, joka raati piti myös parhaiten suunniteltuna ja parhaiten ohjattuna pelinä sekä parhaana seikkailupelinä.
Nintendon menestystä täydensi Super Mario Odysseyn saama palkinto äänisuunnittelusta, Snipperclipsin valinta vuoden perhepeliksi ja Mario Kart 8 Deluxen kiilautuminen vuoden ajopeliksi. Metroid: Samus Returns valittiin vuoden käsikonsolipeliksi ja Fire Emblem Heroes vuoden mobiilipeliksi.
Lisäksi Snipperclips sai DICE Spirte -palkinnon ja Genyo Takeda palkittiin Lifetime Achievement Awardilla pitkästä urastaan Nintendon tuotekehitysyksikön johdossa.
