Alone in the Dark tekee paluun. Työn touhussa ovat THQ Nordic ja Pieces Interactive, joiden tuleva teos oli mukana Gamescomin humussa. Julkaisualustoina tulevat olemaan PC, Playstation 5 ja Xbox Series X (ja S).
Gamereactor pääsi haastattelemaan Mikael Hedbergia. Heppu käsikirjoitti vuoden 1992 pelin Alone in the Dark, ja myöhempänä näyttönä ovat SOMA ja Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Uudessa Alone in the Darkissa mennään jo Derceto Manorin ulkopuolelle, mutta silti tavoitteena on vedota niin uusiin kuin vanhoihinkin pelaajiin.
"Wow, there's a lot of thing I would do if I went to Louisiana. I would go to the French Quarter in New Orleans, and I would maybe visit the Bayou, that's some plain areas and something like that, and then maybe I would take a trip on the Mississippi. We can still have the house, but we decided that we needed to do make a few sort of detours, just as to have the right but also just sort of, something that I was really excited to do. And I don't feel like I want to sort of ruin or spoil how this comes along, but you will definitely see more than just a house."
